The preparation stage focused on five processes: the consolidation of the network of project partners, the analysis and diagnosis of the beneficiaries, finalizing and adapting the project plans, dissemination, and evaluation.
- PROCESS 1 – AGREEMENTS
A01. Online preparatory meetings and communication between partners.
A02. Administrative and management activities.
A03. Those responsible for each aspect of the project have been defined and the working committees have been set up.
- PROCESS 2 – DIAGNOSIS AND PREVIOUS LEARNING
A04. Analysis and observation of the specific needs of the project beneficiaries (adult persons) have been developed.
A05. Training activities have been carried out.
A06. The tools and ICT to be used during the project have been established.
- PROCESS 3 – DEVELOPMENT OF PLANS
A07. The Safety and Prevention Plan is developed and implemented, under continuous review due to COVID-19.
A08. Development of the Dissemination Plan of the project and its imagery.
- PROCESS 4 – VISIBILITY OF THE PROJECT
A09. Presentation of the project and the Erasmus Plus Programme in each entity.
A10. Virtual bilateral meetings have been held to expand the number of non-formal partners.
- PROCESS 5 – STAGE EVALUATION
A11. An evaluation was carried out after the first Transnational Meeting.
